Beware of buying significant purchases from sellers on the site because after the sale you may get little or no responses and Lazada will do nothing to help except direct you to a complaint form about the seller. They continue to advertise the store as 'official' and rank the sites high in the search results even after complaints. I bought a piece of luggage with a supposed 5 year warranty but the seller refused to honor it and Lazada did nothing for me.
