They changed their policy, in the beginning they used to protect buyers and any dispute when the buyer point is logical, they used to support him . In the last 4 months , I need to buy some tools and the seller sent it’s photo instead of sending the tools, it happens twice with two different seller and dispute results was the same Support the bad seller. I do not recommend AliExpress at time until they change their policy to the benefit of the buyer again. Thanks
