Airalo is great if you have no issues setting up. However if you have problems, then the esim is a complete waste. Customer service is absolutely non existent. Twice now, I have had trouble activating my esim and ‘customer support’ never got back to me. Absolutely appalling. Asked for a refund too since I couldn’t use my data and never received a reply. I would highly, highly recommend using holafly instead. Holafly customer support is much more reachable and helpful, and I have never had a problem setting up with holafly. Don’t risk it and use Holafly instead. 100% better.

It is a nightmare trying to navigate around this app. I am currently traveling around extensively and would like to show my family where I am traveling around. When I try to put in new entries, new lines up show up from completely random places. I have literally spent hours trying to fix this issue by creating new steps and hoping the lines won’t randomly be created. After this trip, I will definitely find another app that was have such frustrating issues.
