I have developed 11 cameras with them in the past and will no longer be using them. Within the last year the customer service and timing has gone extremely down hill. I had several issues with film taking over a month to get back and no responses from support. My last film took forever to get a response from customer service. I got a response back saying that they had it and would see why it was taking long. Over a month after that message and several attempts to contact support they told me that the film was lost. They refunded me and gave me a $25 gift card which I appreciated but after I as
