i can’t open my documents in my organization a count at work: file corrupted! And the n my ipad it says: this version of excel cannot decrypt this document. there’s work...

I am a new customer, i come from iOs; i work mostly on my ipad, and one thing i regret: there seems to be no possibility to open a file with the fingerprint? I have to type the pw. And i can only freeze the first column/row or else freeze panes, but i used to be able to freeze up to 3 columns/rows with ios. Since i have office at work, i decided to try it at home, as i often have to work at home, so my first impression is good, apart from those two details mentioned above, but i guess i still have to give it time to get accustomed.
