Fake reviews, star padding, incompetent. This company has zero clues what they are doing. Can’t even log into the app with my login from Safari. Making it so I have two accounts, meaning I can NOT see any upcoming appointments from the app AND no way of accessing my account from the app. It doesn’t even show in Safari. Seems more like a racket. Must be paid reviews to have a rating that high.
