Developers like push huge changes to the app on Friday when everybody is about to leave the office. Most the time there are huge issues with these updates and they don’t get addressed until late the next week. I haven’t been able to access invoices for over a week now because of one such update. This is the one of the main features of the app and it’s been down for over a week. When we first got QuickBooks five years ago it was great. Since then, whoever has taken over in their product team has continued to make things worse and worse. At this point I would switch to a new accounting software
