I used this app only once and got charged by €150 for the reservation where I showed up. The phone number of the restaurant they published was never picked up (so TheFork doesn’t seem to bother verifying it), the important note I made while reserving never made it to the restaurant personnel, and since I had to leave from the restaurant just after my drinks the cancellation fee of 150€ arrived stabbing the back of already unsatisfied hungry customers. Unfortunate reality of any platform who doesn’t take any responsibility for matching service. Then ask yourself — why do you even need it.
