App freezes when trying to deposit check. Reinstalled still problem. Called local branch and they outsource app resolution to a third party who can't even speak to you live!!! You have to email person on bank who the gets to it whenever then forwards it to 3 rd party and then they send it back to bank who then returns it to when they check mail box. This stinks and is very old fashioned. I need a different local bank where you can actually get service.
