For some reason I assumed the App would match the plane and its services (which are great). Yet, ironically, for an airline that claims to be the best in the world, such a poor app is a disgrace and truly takes away from the wonderful experience onboard! It keeps facing technical difficulties and whats up with the OTPs! My online banking app doesnt do this and it involves my savings😀 Its an airline account so please chill!
