For 4 years I’ve dealt with the burden and frustration of this application…..and the ridiculous monthly cost. Avoid this app, it is slow, slow to migrate from screen to screen, slow to update a function(on high speed bandwidth or local) whether the thermostat or a home lock that was part of this. Each time they surveyed me I told them the issues and let them know. I couldn’t update thermostat due to furnace and finally with the latest release I was able to install a NESt thermostat and I am free! So much better to use, so much better keeping the heat consistently where I want. Do NOT
