First off, I do find the game somewhat enjoyable, but my recent experience with support has nearly ruined the entire game experience for me. I recently purchased the no ad upgrade and discovered a detrimental effect to gameplay. Prior to the purchase, you could watch 15 ads for a reduction of 7.5 hours on the product upgrades. After the purchase, you are only able to to press the button 5 times for a reduction of 2.5 hours.
