Crunchyroll doesnt provide enough anime (in my region at least) and on my phone, the subtitles went way faster than the actual scene. Please fix it

I love Episode! It has a diverse community with amazing stories by each writer/creator. I also love the customization but i don't like the fact that some stories, you need gems to obtain special hairstyles for CC and to unlock special scenes. Also i dislike that there are ads every time we play a story so i had to download adblock. Another thing, i don't like that the tickets take time to refill. 3hours? i don't have much time so i hope they update those things to make it not a concern for eager players.
