The video quality from the U100 is great. The app has been nothing but useless since day 1. Tech support just reads from a script and obviously has no real experience with the app. Took HOURS to finally be able to find phone hotspot to register the camera to the cloud service. Same with installed and always on hotspot device. Constantly drops connection to Wi-Fi as well as to either hotspots.
