App is pretty miserable
While the staff at BA have always been very pleasant to deal with, for a seasoned business traveler I am always disappointed by their business. The app is barely functional and in this day and age, there is no excuse for such a poor experience. It is slow, when in the app it wants you to open the app, it often can’t find a reservation even when it is displayed on the home page. Mobile boarding passes are hit or miss.
Business class seats, particularly on long haul flights are dirty and barely functional. Very poor maintenance. Short haul flights are even worse.
