I’ve been playing the game for weeks, spending couple dollars. Suddenly it said there’re some issues so some accounts were banned accidentally. After 2 days it said the problem is fixed. However my account is still banned. I emailed the customer service and they said my account was permanently banned because I’m “using too much diamonds “, which I bought it myself. When I asked them to explain more they just disappeared. Seem like I’m not the only got treated like this. Just NEVER SPEND ANY CENT on this game.
