The app keeps freezing and needs to be killed to be able to resume using the app and watching the content.

I can’t get rid of the badge both on the app icon, and the bell icon inside the app. You are also impossible to reach for app bug reports, all the customer support options are related to bookings.

It keeps signing me out, and it keeps showing a badge for unread messages when there are none.

The update erased all my accounts, this is a disaster of an app. Do not trust this app with anything, move your 2fa codes elsewhere ASAP and delete this useless app.

Why is the choice of countries so limited?

I am tired of having to agree to receiving an insecure SMS when using the mobile app. I mean how dumb is that? You receive the SMS on the same device, access to SMS is usually less restricted than Touch ID. In fact when someone can get through your fingerprint protection, they can automatically also read your SMS messages. Only PayPal management could think of something so useless. I asked your support to be able to use a proper 2 step authentication using OTP generators, not this outdated SMS mechanism that isn’t even encrypted, can be intercepted and modified, but received no reply in 2 yea

It nags for app ratings when you have app reviews option disabled in iOS. The app user experience has only gotten worse last few years. It is bloated with affiliate store links.

The Apple TV app works horribly bad, swiping left/right or up/down just jumps in random direction, I can't pick an item to watch. Then if by some miracle I manage to pick something, the top menu to move from info to subtitle does nothing, only info flashes briefly and doesn't switch to subtitle option. How can you allow such enormous service-breaking bugs?

Idea is great, but gets totally ruined by low quality storytelling. Also I don't need 6 notifications in 1 minute.

It keeps forgetting my login info, crashed as it ate all memory (memory leak?), some buttons don't have any effect, and so on......

After it asks for motion access it crashes and won't ever run, even after reinstall
