I physically cannot deal with this app, it is probably the worst app I've ever encountered, not just for travel, literally in general. When trying to log in I have to do it multiple times, when sending emails it takes around an hour to receive the email, when trying to log in it didn't give me a keyboard to type in responses to log in, so that made the log in process physically impossible. Get rid of that badge or whatever you have when it shows up on the loading screen, this app gives my entire family including me extreme frustrations and it's entirely unusable to me and I have a flight in 2
