I keep running into issues with this app. One day the “Contact Me” feature stops working, and now I can’t view my ID cards or search for in-network care. The search tool doesn’t load anything at all. Features seem to break at random, and basic functions are unreliable. Overall, the app feels poorly designed and poorly maintained, and it makes managing my benefits way harder than it should be
