I am so grateful for Heather and Lexi for founding LAH. I have been a member since August 2020 and the quality of the workouts and instructors are the best in the industry! After not doing lagree for over 2 years (the closest studio is an hour away) and coming back to exercise following my C-section, starting lagree on my own virtually was so intimidating. The instructors gave me excellent postpartum workout modifications and advice which made me comfortable to progress at my own pace. LAH just
