I experienced aggressive and unsafe behavior from a Bolt driver, and when I reported it, the company completely ignored my complaint. Their support is nothing but copy-paste responses with no real action taken. This app is a serious risk to passengers — they protect bad drivers instead of customers. ⚠️ Stay away from Bolt. Your safety and dignity are worth more than trusting this company.

Extremely bad experience with this app. The products delivered are NOT the same as advertised, with missing items and descriptions that do not match. There is absolutely no credibility. Customer service is useless – they refuse returns or any real help, treating customers as if they don’t matter. Delivery agents are unprofessional, often late, and sometimes even rude. This app is full of excuses and delays, wasting both time and money. I strongly advise everyone NOT to download this app or buy from it. There are many other platforms that are far more honest and respectful to customers.
