I am so done with Upside. I used to use them regularly. Now they rarely give you the promised savings. They refuse to recognize my new card. And, customer service is a joke. I have been trying for a week to get a human because their automated system for solving problems is a joke. They have over $50 of my money that I can’t seem to recover.
