You get charged when you call, so drivers with little moral will go really slowly and stops for a while before getting to you so as to maximize your cost. I was overcharged also because the creepy driver never stopped the meter, even after I told him twice. and there is nobody behind the app to help support. I am still waiting to hear back. I am writing h this review in hopes that someone gets back to me and reimburses that horrible ride.
