I had issues with my tuning license and the Email it was connected with, on my end it was a nightmare I thought I was going to have to buy a new license. I put in a ticket on the bootmod3 app, and they replied within the hour. It was fixed fast, and every email I sent had a reply within an hour. I’ve never had an experience where something like this has been easy to do until working with bootmod3. Highly recommend.
