First I waited for driver for 13 minutes. Then I see that he go to other direction. I contact driver. He said that he will be in 15 minutes. He arrives in 21 minutes. When I say to him that this is unacceptable. He refused to drive me. And more you charged me for cancelling the trip. I kindly asked for refund. And for some disciplinary action to the driver. He wasted 30 minutes of my life. And moreover your service provide only two minutes of free waiting. From other side, if driver doesn’t come on time, I just waste my time.
