I’m very happy with Lufthansa. But please please please get rid of Sun Express! I don’t even know how you’re a partner with them! Planes are too small. Service is not good. Even if I want a water they charge for it when it says “food included the ticket price”!

Thousands of people are waiting for refunds but Lufthansa cancels the flights and doesn’t pay the money back!!!

Most of the people wants Turkish language in app. What would you do with Turkish language when you can’t even shop when you’re from Turkey??? There’s no credit card paying option. Only PayPal. And PayPal left Turkey ages ago 😂😂
