Even outside of rush hour, it has been very difficult to get a ride. Despite sending multiple requests, drivers often decline or ignore them. It feels like drivers are becoming increasingly selective, which makes the experience unreliable and inconvenient. I hope the platform can address this issue so passengers don’t have to struggle with long waiting times or repeated cancellations, especially when the demand is not even high.
