I just got a new account with FCCB and so far I have been very satisfied with this bank, it's workers and this APP. Just like anything else it has its Pros and Cons but Pros over come the cons here! I love the in-house counter help and not just a ATM to do business they have more then enough workers there to help with what ever help you need and if the person helping you don't know they well go till they find someone and get you the help you need.
