I've long been a fan of Garmin devices but was frustrated by the "just trust it's working" nature of the Garmin GLO 2 bluetooth GPS receiver. Garmin offers no status application to confirm device operation and basic navigation parameters. All you get is single LED on the device. This app is FANTASTIC. It works well with the GLO 2 and provides the information that adds confidence to the device. It's also great for built-in GPS, as it provides all critical navigation information.
