Terrible platform and terrible customer service. Do NOT use Vinted if you are a seller. I sold an original item, provided proof of authenticity, and still lost both my item and my money because the platform automatically sided with the buyer. Support ignored the evidence I sent and then claimed they “didn’t receive enough information,” even though everything had already been provided. Completely unfair and unprofessional. This app does not protect honest sellers at all. Very disappointing experience — I will never use Vinted again and would not recommend it to anyone.
