after spending over an hour waiting for my food to arrive, they didn’t send me ANY updates. and when i finally connected with a customer service rep, this person spoke to me in the most rude fashion i have ever been spoken to, even though my order had been given to someone else. they didnt apologize ONCE and the rep would ask me “so do you want a refund or not?” even though there was no other choice. when it took me 40 seconds to respond the rep said i havent heard from you so in disconnecting the chat. absolute worst experience i’ve ever had in my life and never again. the rep’s name is “Sum
