Whenever I open the app, the screen went black for a few seconds before shutting down my phone. It didn’t happen before until just now 😭😭😭

I couldn’t access my My watchlist since a few hours ago. Until yesterday, it runs perfectly fine. Tried to re-installed it with the hopes that it’s just a minor glitch but “unable to verify subscription status” even though i’m watching it for free (not free trial) qwq And also limited anime list, too.
