I have been charged way more than the estimation in 2 different occasions because the driver decided to drive like he is in fast and furious, dangerously, and took a way longer trip than needed. Both times I contacted support and I got the same standardised response. Like a bot replied to me. I told them the driver was driving dangerously and eventually charged me +11 Eur in one occasion, and the response was “it happens when there’s traffic”. Which traffic?
