No escalation, no hotline, agents are too lazy and doesn’t care at all. Their app will stop working as soon as you try harder to get a resolution so you cannot respond on time so they can just end the chat. I hope someone can read this from their management as their online customers are suffering. Or this is entirely their management’s idea. My refunds has been delayed for so long!
