I’m writing a 2nd review because this app is a total failure. Tried booking on a blistering hot day in Manila, and the driver claimed he couldn’t find the pickup location because the app’s mapping is a joke. I had to cancel and pay TWICE the price for Grab just to get home. Whoever is the head of product development should be ashamed. Your app is completely unreliable and a total embarrassment in this country. Close your company already if you can't provide basic service!
