Be very careful with subscription management. I attempted to cancel my monthly subscription, but my account was later switched to an annual plan and charged USD 144. I did not use or log into the service afterward, yet the charges continued without any clear notice. The issue was only resolved after my payment provider intervened. This appears to be a recurring issue for many users, not an isolated case. The cancellation process and billing transparency need serious improvement.
