Was logged out of the app without my knowledge. Customer service live chat is a bot and the people that I did get to speak to were of no assistance. They said they could do nothing until they got an iTunes receipt from me. I sent a screen shot of the subscription in my Apple ID, proving I was a paid subscriber. They insisted on some iTunes receipt that I couldn’t find. I’m displeased and have cancelled my subscription after 5 months. I wish I had signed up monthly, I wouldn’t feel shafted like I do now. 👎🏼
