I’m not from USA but I come frequently, and I wanted to use the app. I don’t have a telephone number from a supported area code, and it was required to verify the telephone number before placing an order, obviously I couldn’t since I have a foreign number. Customer service told me that if I don’t have a supported telephone number then I can’t order. Needless to say I immediately deleted the app, it’s useless for me. (And for that, I needed to contact customer service again… because to delete account I needed to verify through sms 🤦‍♀️)
