I’ve been using this app on and off for years for different reasons and it’s still as great now as it was back in the I really REALLY love the new update that optimizes your runs if you are finding it too hard (and I’m assuming it does the same thing if you find it too easy) because in the past sometimes I would find a run too hard and get discouraged when I’d see the next run is even longer and then I’d give up. This often happened at a 3-8 minute run. Now when I struggle on a run it optimizes and now I’m almost running 20 minutes straight!
