I only use this rubbish because scrivener has some kind of deal with them. It doesn't sync even when it says all files are up to date and trying to view your files on iPad is a non starter. If there was any other option I would use it. And they keep bombarding me with offers to go paid subscription. Why would I do that when it doesn't work anyway?

God help you if you need them in a dispute. They use AI to adjudicate any claim you might have and wash their hands of the matter telling you that YOU have to claim from the other party. I’ve had more help from visa solving any disputes. I’m closing my account. Absolute rubbish.

I like the app and have it on my iMac and MacBook but I loath and detest Dropbox with a passion. It never syncs properly. Why can't we use another cloud based app too sync to? Are you being paid that much by Dropbox that we have to suffer?

Went to read the NYT this morning and was told I had to update to use the app. Pressed the update button, waited for the circle thing to stop spinning, was taken back to the app page where I pressed "open" was taken back to the page with the circle thing spinning, when it stopped I was taken to the app page to press "open" and so on, ad infinitum. Result: unable to read the NYT UPDATE: Uninstalled the app.
