Seriously love heather and the lagree microformer, it has been such a life changer before I had to drive 30 min each way to a studio and found myself never going, now I can get a quick workout in anytime of day/night and there are so many different workouts to fit what I’m looking for, traditional class, body part specific or time crunch, if you love lagree you won’t regret this membership/app and microformer !!
