Broken “smart” freezer, everything inside spoiled, but the app diagnostics report no problems! Why do companies produce half finished “smart” products without checking if they work?!

This was the best comic reader on the App Store until recent updates made it incredibly crash-prone. One of the best things about comic glass is the fact that it works with SMB or WebDAV to download comics from your shared drive. No more. Every time I start a download it crashes halfway through. It's been this way for the last 3 updates and I'm starting to lose hope.
