I enjoyed the session but was expecting a bit more interaction with participants, but not disappointed with the results of the webinar. I personally got some very useful information,but mostly will use the information as a marketing tool to explain the need for maintenance to my customers. I am finding that most Dealerships are not performing a lot of the checks on a regular basis.
