This app is decent and for most things it will get you close to where you need to be. There are a few little things that are annoying. This could also be user error so take it how you want. When placing the starting point for an arrow your level of precision is limited to the size of your finger. Your can fine tune the end point with a little blown up bubble but not the starting point which is odd. Also the zoom function is only half zoom. I say this because at many points when entering a set reference measurement on a line it zooms in almost 2 or 3 time more than the max zoom from the regular
