Altas isn’t working for me it says I need to download 1 files but it doesn’t download no matter how long I wait and I have enough space on my iPad. Other then that I love the game but i wish it was a bit easier to get timers

When I click on it it says it’s downloading while it’s loading but it’s downloading backwards and when it hits 0% it freezes Fix this please
