This is an official complaint. I encountered that by some reason (my guess is that reason is intentional) when I watch an ad to get a reward 1 out of 2 times ad picture goes white with no symbols to complete it. It makes impossible to finish an ad clip therefore impossible to receive my reward. I was under impression that such manipulation is pure fraud. It is suppose to be a clear deal - I watch ad, you receive your money per view and therefore you pay me game tokent. But the way it works atm is a complete disgrace. I want to receive all rewards that I haven’t received due to this issue and o
