You need to make it easier to get gems considering I had a full line up of people wanting 3 fries each and only being able to produce one at a time because the upgrade cost 3 gems and I only have fragments, please fix this as your making it difficult on the people that cannot spend money on the game to buy the gems necessary for upgrading items, in my opinion you need to get rid of the gem shards and just stick to whole gems cause as I’ve read through the reviews a LOT of people are complaining about it and you refuse to fix it telling people to “Add us on instagram for giveaways” knowing full
