I had an active, fully paid subscription valid until a specific date, and Tinder simply removed access early because a future renewal payment failed — without warning, without retry, and without any option to fix the payment method. In other words, they took away a service I had already paid for. Support responses were completely irrelevant, clearly automated, and didn’t even address the issue. This is not an isolated case — it already happened to me before. In that instance, they canceled the subscription due to a paym
