I purchased the subscription and for some reason when I try to use the app it still tells me to pay for a subscription. My card was charged for it so I’m not sure what’s going on. I contacted support for help and it’s actually a bot that replied.. I asked them for a refund as well and followed up a few times and no response back. Waste of money, I paid for something I couldn’t use.
