I’ve initiated two conversations on the app customer service chat. I received a chat bot reply informing that it may take 1 day to get an answer, but it’s already over 10 days without any reply whatsoever. Unacceptable. Once I sort it out, I’ll never use this app again.

Works about the same as the default mail app on the iPhone. What’s wrong with the search function? It just makes the app freeze
